Exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items must be in new/in box condition.

Crystal Bowl Camp Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of ½ Full Camp Fee will hold your spot.
Final payment is due: September 1, 2017.
Any cancellation made in writing between July 1st and September 1st, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the camp pricing less the non-refundable deposit.
No refunds will be given for cancellation made after September 1st, 2017. Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.), but we have costs already incurred when arranging the camp.
We reserve the right to cancel the camp if it is not meeting the camp minimum. (If we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
All forms must be signed and received in the ofﬁce before departure.
