Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of ½ Full Camp Fee and signed waiver form will hold your spot.

Final payment is due: September 1, 2017, (August 14 to qualify for early bird discount).

Any cancellation made in writing between July 1st and September 1st, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the camp pricing less the non-refundable deposit.

No refunds will be given for cancellation made after September 1st, 2017.  Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.), but we have costs already incurred when arranging the camp.  We reserve the right to cancel the camp if it is not meeting the camp minimum. (If we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans.
